  Recently sold my property through Chrystals - who were fantastic! They were very fast in getting my property on line, the photos and details were perfect! The office staff were excellent in the co-ordination of viewings and worked around my family schedule. The property sold very quickly and Chrystals staff were very supportive and professional during the sale! 10 out of 10 Chrystals and thank you for making such a stressful situation run so smoothly!

  we called the office in douglas for a general enquiry, the lady on the phone was very abrupt, unfriendly and acted unprofessional. lost a sale today. we are not looking for a property with this company anymore.

  Have just got back to UK after a week of looking for properties in the IOM. I have to say that Chrystal's Ramsey office went above and beyond to accommodate and help. I seriously can't remember how many times I went back to the same property, just could not make a decision. Even though they were busy, they always fit me in, never any pressure. Highly recommend them all in the office, but a huge thank you to Glyn.
