Managed to transfer money from my account with them once a month ago. Went to withdraw money over the weekend and my account had been suspended. After contacting support they gave me no information as to why they had done it and refused to re-open then proceeded to remove me from an up-coming Coin Corner event "Introduction to Bitcoin". Awful service, their reviews seem to reflect this.

DO NOT USE: NO UK BANK AGREEMENT IN PLACE My advice: Unless you are happy dealing with Euros and you have a EURO bank account, UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES USE COIN CORNER AS YOUR EXCHANGE. Why? I feel a 1 star is fair because today, I wanted to withdraw all my funds to my GBP bank account but when attempting this, I was told there is no UK bank agreement in place to allow this. So I cashed my BTC to EUR and had to try a SWIFT transfer (at a cost of THIRTY EUROS). This too was denied because I needed a MINIMUM of 100 EUROS in the account to do this. So I contacted support (and to be fair - they are quick to respond and are very helpful) and they said the only way I could withdraw my money was to use GBP and have a refund onto my card. At a cost of 5 quid! But, to do this, I had to buy BTC again (losing a cut), sell it to GBP (losing even more!) and THEN request a return to card. This is NOT ACCEPTABLE and this is a RIP OFF. I have lost over £50 in doing this with various conversion fees plus a fee for return to card. I've been a software engineer for over 20 years and I know, all they need to do is be HONEST and FAIR and say AT SIGN UP, when the customer is funding their account that they do not have the capability for GBP withdrawals and let the customer make a decision whether or not to use them there and then. Letting your customers deposit funds KNOWING FINE WELL you're unable to offer a fair withdrawal is not right and its DECEITFUL.

I have personally found the customer service and service itself to be superb. The website doesn't work great on phones, but it still works, the website itself is great and easy to use. Had no problems signing up and getting authorised, never had any issues with transactions. As a service, so far so good. I also strongly dislike the fact you have to deposit funds onto their site, and then purchase BTC via your account funds. Seems like a redundant step to me, especially when you are a long term customer and fully verified. Also, the fees are absolutely obscene. At the moment you're only going to come away with ~69GBP worth of BTC after spending ~80GBP. Obviously that fluctuates, but >10% in fees is terrible. BUT HAVING SAID THAT, at every single stage the site makes the fees 100% clear, I have not once found myself shocked, surprised or unaware of the high fees so props to them for that. If you are an occasional buyer of BTC, I would happily recommend. If you are a bigger user, might not be such a good solution. But it seems to be that they've got their market niche and do a good job of it.
