  Home to quite simply one of the most knowledgeable CrossFit coaches in the UK. I've seen Dan Bonnet go from green behind the ears crossfit novice when he first started in Manchester to an ambitious get-after-it affiliate owner with a thriving gym. He's developed his wife to an amazing Regional level sponsored athlete who lends her physiotherapy knowledge to the gym. He's also took his education over and oboe most by combining CrossFit knowledge with classic Strength and Conditioning degree knowledge. He's developed his own competitor program and has had great success on the UK scene with his athletes and more recently moved into bigger and better facility. Proud to see all he' achieved! If you want to be trained by the best the isle of man has to offer..get under this guys wing!
