  Just joe was very helpful, on both of our visits, the second one was to buy a samsung fridge freezer, we also purchased a samsung tablet , as a replacement for a previous tablet.

  Not very good ,a company the size of this doesn't have loan tv's to loan to customers who bought a new tv 6 months prior to it becoming faulty,now have to wait 7/10 days ,and don't have another tv in my house ,and 2 staff members telling me that they will just replace it ,then another telling me it can't be replaced!!!!!! Really

  Typical high street retailer in out of town retail park location. Plenty of free parking, open early to late, friendly staff. Always best to check the competition out on the interwebs first, Curry's like the bolt on insurance / additional warranty / cloud storage packages which you don't necessarily need. They don't always hold much stock on which case order online (if its the best deal you can find) as delivery is quicker than ordering in store.

  Disgusting customer service. Went in with £2000 to buy a dryer, washing machine & cooker today. Was waiting by a woman who was finishing off some paperwork for 5 mins so I could ask her about purchasing. She then eventually lifted her head like a monster slowly rising from a swamp only to then serve a random customer, who just happened to approach long after me. She spent at least half an hour with him. I continued to wait while i was trying keep my blood from boiling. Then I walked to the other end of the store in a last ditch attempt to get the attention of some staff who were bunched together talking about which girls they had over the weekend. I left promptly. That money was now spent elsewhere.
