  Been training with Mike now since November and can honestly say he has been amazing! I always just trained by myself and never really had any motivation and did not push myself! Mike has really tought me how to train each muscle and expand my knowledge. Each session I do is always different and exciting and I proper love them. I can already see great results and I can’t wait to see what I look like in 6 weeks time. Mike has been amazing at pushing me, encouraging me and helping me to get to where I want to be and achieve my goals. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to start out or develope their training ☺️

  Approaching Steve for PT sessions is one of the best decisions I've made in a long time. I asked Steve for help at a time where I was lacking motivation and becoming desperately unhappy with my own appearance. Steve's passion for fitness is contagious and it gripped me from the very first session. Each session offers so much variation with the only constant being good old fashioned hard work. I’m now 6 weeks into my new training regime and I feel like an entirely different beast: motivated, re-energised and always looking forward to my next workout.
