  Stayed here a few times for the TT. Got the full campsite experience. Good spectating view all along the boundary raised hedge which adjoins the course and just a few minutes walk to Union Mills. There is also a quieter family section to the site. Can get a bit rowdy in the nicest sense, everyone is pretty relaxed about it, and it still goes quiet at night. A fun place to camp with good bus access to Douglas, nice pub down the road and good spar shop at Union Mills. You may get woken up by the usual crack-of-dawn loons heading for the mountain before the road is shut by an accident as its so close to the course. Handy for the hospital if your mate wraps his kidneys round a tree as well

  I went on the Classic TT week for my first time and thought the site was fine. I didnt speak to the staff much but when I did they were pleasant and helpful providing any info you need. There were more than enough toilet facilities at first but once the site was full it was best to miss the peak rush in the mornings. There is a Hot Stop that provides hot food and drinks. I found the Wi-Fi was patchy but did work as long as you were willing to sit about, usually while I was munching my food from the hot stop. There is a vantage point to watch any racing very close to the road. Buses into Douglas are frequent and as mentioned there is a Spar and garage at Union Mills for quick provisions or fuel. Would I go back? Yes..

  Clean and we'll run campsite. Hot showers, well maintained. We come over every year with a motorhome and always choose this place to stay. The owners are more than helpful, very polite we wouldn't want to hook up anywhere else !

  Because its a well run camp site, run by lovely people. In a lovely setting. Could not want any more !
