  This museum is amazing. It has a detail history about how the viking invaded the island. They have the long boat and the long house inside it! it is a bit scary for the little ones with the dollies but the staff will give your little ones a torch. And they love it! Definitely must go museum in the island

  This place is amazing. On their details it says allow 2 hours, we allowed this but needed to go back again to have seen all we wanted to. It is set out in a way that leads you through the history without being boring. Exceptionally interesting place. Staff greet you with a smile.

  This was an amazing place. Almost every room is set up to give you a real feel (and smell!) of how the island has evolved. Plenty to see on all 3 floors. We used our National Trust cards to get free entry too
