  Well organised staff, even at peak times (TT festival) when they under a lot of pressure. Helpful and friendly and they know what they are doing.

  I had no problems using this ferry terminal - the procedure seemed straightforward and efficient. I also had the pleasure of entering the main terminal building, which is a beautiful modernist building with a fantastic curved front entrance. It also has a very nice working model of the Laxey Wheel inside.

  This place need a lot improvements. Gift shops not accept foreign currencies. No money changer. Only one tiny exit/entrance.

  Short walk down gangway n into walkway to terminal. Lovely the way its painted and potted plants around. Gives it an olde feel. Terminal itself is well laid out. Tourist info very helpful

  Open and airy waiting area with a number of good shops and Costa coffee. Good amount of seating
