    Have now received a second threatening letter from their legal representatives and have observed that there are now some positive reviews appearing regarding their company. For a company that prides itself in its customer service, I find their customer service appalling and their total apathy towards their customers astonishing. We pay a total of £1000 pa in fees to have the “ privilege “ of them as our “trustees “. I have sent them an email on 15th December asking them why they paid out £20000 in compensation to a client, signed by Mr Davies ceo on 25th November 2016, in conjunction with Continental Wealth Management and their “practices “, and even though they knew that Cwm were unlicenced they allowed them to continue trading and attracting new business for a further 9 months until they stopped business with them in September 2017. Another email sent 8th January regarding my fees that I pay to my bond holder, Generali, which Momentum agreed to as my trustees without my knowledge or agreement. Generali said the fees were signed by Momentum in December 2012: Momentum have given me paperwork with the date of signing the fees February 2013; and they “allegedly “ sent me an email April 2013 explaining this, never received . The final email that I sent, 26th January, was regarding my wife’s policy and the fact that they accepted my signature on her trading authorization and the fact they changed her risk profile from cautious to medium. I have not received even an acknowledgement to these emails. The last post that I made regarding Momentum Pension Malta on google reviews lead to me receiving an email followed up by a letter threatening me with legal action. Is this the way a company should respect it’s customers when the customer has lost over 40% of their fund and can substantiate all the facts with evidence? Be very careful before entrusting your pension fund with these two or their company.

    Sadly I can't rate it as no stars as Google expects at least 1 star. This company is the 'trustee' of my pensions fund and they have failed to protect my funds from fraudulent dealing instructions and taking business from un registered advisors. Not to be trusted at all
