  During early July 2015, my wife and I visited the Isle of Man for 3 days. We stayed in Douglas but wanted to see other parts of the island on our own schedule. Therefore, we needed a vehicle. We selected a Smart Car from the company Smart Hire, and we are glad we did. Richard, the owner, provided outstanding service to us. Not only was he very responsive during the pre-trip organizing, he dropped off the vehicle to us at our B&B and then picked it up two days later. At the time of drop off, Richard took the time to discuss potential driving destinations with us. He is obviously very proud of his island home and so he should be. We loved driving the Smart Car which is deceptively larger than first impressions from outside the vehicle. I strongly encourage other people to check out Smart Hire should they be considering vehicle rental on the Isle of Man. Thanks for everything Richard.
