  Booked appointment for 8:30am & showed up only to find it closed up. No communication of a changed date or cancellation. Up until now they have been great & accommodating of my condition but this was beyond bizarre. Better not count as a strike on my profile.

  Constantly cancelling and rescheduling appointments. Not sure if this is caused by poor diary management and planning, or if there are other things at play. Very unprofessional.

  Great practice! Everyone was very welcoming and they helped me through my anxiety. I definitely could not have gotten my treatment without them!
