  Disappointing and expensive. Should have stuck to my usual instinct that an empty restaurant on a Friday night isn't a good sign. There was only one other couple dining for the duration of our visit. Starters were generally good but the mains were more like a ready meal. We had to seek out the waiter to get drinks (only soft ones available). It's been a long time since I last went and it used to be wonderful, needless to say I won't be going back.

  Just arrived on the island and wanted to explore. Saw this restaurant and decided to try. I never got the same service as others. Whether this was because I was on my own, I don’t know. Was shown a table with no menu to look at and no drink order. Waited a few minutes and kind of prompted him for a menu. Few minutes later I’m asked what drink I would like. Ordered food and drink. Didn’t have to wait long for the food and it was very good. Never got asked if everything was ok. When I finished, went to the bathroom to wash my hands and came out to pay. It came to £18. Gave him £20 and told him to keep the change. Didn’t get a thank you and walked off. I didn’t even get an After Eight! Won’t be visiting again.

  If you're looking for a night more drink orientated and aren't too fussed about the curry, this is the place for you. Don't get me wrong, the curry (when it arrives) is on par with normal Indians. The wait however is very long, even for a take away. Perfect night for a few drinks though as it is bring your own booze with no corkage fees.

  Last time I had a take-away they forgot part of the order . I thought I would give them another go and what a disgrace. Slow would be an under statement and not a happy place grhhgh

  We were recommended by the locals to try spice of India in Ramsey isle of man and glad we tried them. The food was delicious with a huge WOW FACTOR. AMAZING FOOD AND GREAT SERVICE TO MATCH. THANK YOU Spice of India. Will see you again when in the area.😍😍😍😍
