  Unreliable service. I received a flyer through the door and responded requesting a fortnightly service - in the last 3 months i have my windows cleaned twice. The second time was due to me chasing for a sevond visit. 2 months later I have chased again to be advised that I was down for monthly visits (an error on their part). By my calculation that suggests I should have therefore had at least two further visits in that time, alas I've had none. I was advised that I shoulld have had a visit on the 16th August but was missed off. Today I have been advised to expect a visit within the next 5 rain free days. You will appreciate I have taken my business elsewhere. Tesco and MacDonalds may be happy with the service that they receive - as a domestic customer I am not satisfied - the service has been completely lacking and totally unreliable.
