  £2 for a bottle of water is just a rip off. Ordered a pot of tea, no tea pots so had to have a paper cup. No English £5 notes to give in change and staff not interested in looking for one. None of which is the end of the world it just adds up to a complete lack of customer service.

  Apparently you don’t get cream & marshmallows with the hot chocolate which 1. I wasn’t asked & 2. They said there is an extra cost of 60p each = £1.20 if you want it with these extras ? I have paid in the past £3.25 & got these included ?? Have I missed something ?

  Super bad coffee. Bitter drainwater, essentially. They need to up their game or I'm sure they will continue to get bad reviews.

  I had to experience a shouting match between the staff of who was working and when. I couldn’t have a conversation due to the shouting and swearing of the staff. I’m not effing coming in then, was one of the statements for all to hear.
