  I went to the office on Victoria Street. I asked what I wanted even though everybody there is dead serious. When me and my friend sat on the couch in corridor to discuss details of a rent we were looking for, one of the staff asked if we wanted anything else otherwise we couldn't stay inside. I don't think there was a reason we could not sit inside and think our renting options. That is how that company lost 12000 pounds of me that I was willing to pay over the year plus a potential house buyer. Tragedy. Never again.
