  Just had my first class ever! Dave creates a very friendly environment and is easy to follow along. It is rather strenuous at the beginning, but after persevering it gets easier to handle and I really do feel better for it! Will definitely try to keep this up and certainly recommend to anyone thinking of taking up yoga!
