  It's an airport!...usual hold ups. Conflicting info regarding do's and dont's. Staff not the brightest!..

  Small airport. Quick and efficient passage through to departures. Great pint of Guinness at bar!

  Salute the brave souls in the airport to Make the flight land in such a dangerous weather conditions . It is a small and compact airport , which is very clean with helpful staff . The landing into the airport is stunning , lots of photo shop opportunities .

  Probably the worst airport staff in the world, especially the woman with shoulder-length light blond hair at the boarding gate. No manner. No respect. No patience. Only rude, disrespect. She shouted at me with commanding tone, even though I was just confusing about the cabin bag. No explain. Just shouted at me. After boarding, she and her colleague made fun of my height. Laughed at me. The rudest person I have ever met in my whole life!!

  I had a horrible time at ronaldsway this morning. 4 flights going out on a Friday morning and the airport was in utter chaos. There was a queue for security which extended all the way down the stairs. There was one very stressed member of staff dealing with a queue of hundreds while the other staff hid downstairs. There was no information for passengers, the PA was inaudible in the queue. If a member of staff had simply reassured those in the queue that they would not miss their flight it would have made all the difference. It was a shambles. Avoid Fridays during Grand Prix week.
