  Stood waiting for 20 minutes to collect a parcel. Only one bloke dealing with customers. Very frustrating. GET MORE STAFF!!

  Unimpressed by them not bothering to attempt re-delivery when they said to the courier company that they had, but the goods were there when I went to get them.
