  Popped into Manx Telecom yesterday and was really grateful for the assistance I needed. Jaico served me. He was friendly, polite, very reassuring and resolved all my difficulties easily. He deserves 5 stars really!! Well worth the visit, as I had endeavoured to sort it over the phone the day before unsuccessfully. Go in store! A small wait is SO worth it! 👌🤗

  Went into the store in the week after 15 minutes waiting told no s7's in stock. Then returned to the shop to get the phone which i thought went smoothly enough until i discovered i needed a micro sim. Back to the shop for a third time to get the sim. Got home and now discovered my mobile number for some reason has been disconnected! In a queue on MT helpline now for over 20 minutes!!!!!

  Friendly helpful staff. Nice clean store, even on a busy Saturday morning I was seen quickly and got the product I wanted. Only downside is that pricing is a little bit more expensive then the UK
