::M&S are simply the best when it comes to food. Staff are a jolly bunch and always very helpful. Only downsides is access and parking which is expensive and down to Douglas Borough.

::The staff in m&s Douglas on the Isle of Man we absolutely wonderful when my mum had a fainting spell during her shopping trip. While one person went to grab the wheelchair, another dashed to get the nearest chair and stayed with her until she felt better. Mum really appreciated the kindness and time given by staff even though they were busy. (Plus we had a lovely cuppa in the cafe before heading home). Our thanks to the lovely staff in Douglas.
