::Firstly the girl at the counter was on the phone talking about personal business regarding clothes she had and was waiting for whilst the customer had to wait 10 minutes though she was looking directly at them. Then she refused to go upstairs to check if the stock was in the order that had come in and told them to come back later that day because she couldn't be bothered. No customer service at all.
