::My receipt clearly shows I paid for premium seats for two people on a trip to the Isle of Man and back. The ferry didn't have the reservation as premium, so I contacted Regency for a refund. They insist that regardless of what my receipt shows, I paid for only one premium seat and refuse to refund the full amount due. As a side note - as a travel agency, if you think a client did request 1 premium seat for 2 people travelling, isn't it your job to contact them to verify? Most people travelling together, sit together. Very poor service. Wouldn't book again.
