::My experience of the RTLC this year has been poor beyond belief. Personally I feel that even though I pay into the system they are paid to regulate they treat me with contempt. I've heard similar stories from other individuals within the PPV industry. What is even more confusing is that the current Chairman is also Chairman of Travelwatch IOM. If that isn't a conflict of interest in not sure what is. Personally I look forward to the day the Government disbands the RTLC and puts management back under local authorities. I'd actually give less than one star if I could.
