  Had so much potential but ultimately fails with its main flaw, they lied to me - there was no sugar land, no candies, no sweets. Disappointing. Would not recommend.

  Very nice attention from the receptionist, very kind when explaining what to do in Douglas, and in the whole island. The room was very big, full of space for the luggage, which is very important when you travel with motorbike stuff, and very comfortable. As you pay in advance, the check out can be done at any time.

  The place is showing a bit of age, but that also adds to its charm. The staff are exceptionally friendly, the breakfast was good, the rooms clean and good sized though dated in decor, and the views of the harbor magnificent. A wonderful bargain in Douglas. Excellently located too.
