  The place is showing a bit of age, but that also adds to its charm. The staff are exceptionally friendly, the breakfast was good, the rooms clean and good sized though dated in decor, and the views of the harbor magnificent. A wonderful bargain in Douglas. Excellently located too.

  William the owner is very friendly the rooms are clean and dated but comfy, generally cheap and cheerful.

  Thank you for fitting me in last night at very short notice. Room was clean, comfortable and had a very nice view.

  Good location. Friendly. Food good. Room clean and tidy. Helpful. Has lift.
