  Lovely setting, great menu, attentive staff and a warm atmosphere. Comes highly recommended if you are looking for a quick bite or something more substantial.

  Although the meals were lovely I was very disappointed with the size of the £11.50 Cod meal, I thought I had mistakenly been given either the smaller cheaper size or a childs portion.

  We'd booked a big family meal and overall it was excellent, my burger was delicious . One member of party had an avacado, humous and grated carrot sandwich but unfortunately they had no avacado and the humous appeared to have come from a dip selection. On unbuttered sliced brown bread this was way below the standard of the other dishes which was a shame.

  Good food (best steak in a pub for a very long time!) and friendly efficient service. Kid friendly too with activity sheets and crayons etc. We will be back!
