::A friendly team of volunteers ensuring that the TT & MGP Road Races have the required number of Marshals at the correct places to enable racing. The team also does it's best to allocate a marshaling position on the 37.73 mile course to for the benefit of the individual.

::Every year over 500 members of the public give up two weeks of their lives to marshal the most famous road race in the world and again at the classic TT/MGP. Making sure that the racers and the public are as safe as they can be over the world renowned 37.7 miles mountain course on public roads where the top riders average 134 mph and hit top speeds of 194 mph despite dry stone walls, hump back bridges and hairpin bends. The marshals do a fantastic job despite being unpaid for their long hours of hard work and without their efforts there would be no TT.
