::We were woken up by slamming doors during the night and also by the adjoining building site at 8.10 am. We advised reception and complained to Late Rooms but they didn't have the courtesy to respond.

::The restaurant had zero atmosphere.. there was a piano that wasn't being used... Staff would refer to you as guys... Certainly not trained to a 4 star standard.. rooms are very basic.. book clean and tidy..
