  Second time we've stayed at The Patchwork, equally as good, if not better than before, we brought our son & his girlfriend this time, they also loved it & The IOM. What a great breakfast, and super evening meals, missed the film night, I'm annoyed with myself, and nice lunchtime menu. Port St Mary is a lovely place, and nowhere is far in the IOM, treat yourself and go to the Patchwork Cafe.

  Just discovered this little gem of a place. What can I say. ....Lovely , friendly atmosphere. All locally sourced ingredients. Ask for the Dirty Hippy hot drink!
