  Really outdated with a poor selection of products. Service is not great either. They have the space and potential to be better

  Jimmy is only doing his job. And that's all he's doing. No idea how to handle customers. Not a people person. V limited skills in that realm. Treating elderly shoppers as criminals aiding and abetting. What nonsense. His customer service is next to nil. Perfunctory at best. Wise up and get on a training course. Coop and Tesco customer service way superior.
