  Jimmy is only doing his job. And that's all he's doing. No idea how to handle customers. Not a people person. V limited skills in that realm. Treating elderly shoppers as criminals aiding and abetting. What nonsense. His customer service is next to nil. Perfunctory at best. Wise up and get on a training course. Coop and Tesco customer service way superior.
