::Manx utlities as monopolies often come under fire. I only ever speak from my own experience. Due to an admin error, I returned from work yesterday tea time to find the meter had been turned off. When I telephoned they said they had no record of my forms. Delivered new forms by hand today & whilst for a new supply there may have been a wait, my gas was back on this afternoon. Just a huge thank you to everyone involved and in particular my engineer Chris Hardachre who I have met at a previous address and turned out not once, but twice today to make sure everything was okay. Extra special round of applause to Chris!

::A group who in my opinion, are like that of a hyena. They prey on the weak and have no remorse in doing so. Their excessively high standing charges will be felt by those who need the fuel most and greed or should I say profits are the key to their shareholders. I say shame on them and look forward to people changing from gas to another fuel source.
