::Friendly but unhelpful staff. Tried to take out a rolling 30 day contact but because I didn't have an IOM address only a UK address they wouldn't let me. There is no mention of this being a requirement in any terms and conditions listed on their web site, it just seems to be their computer program won't recognise a UK post code. As a comparison Manx Telcom had no problem with me taking out a similar contact in their store on the same day.
